Check this out Jellyshell , its a wonderful proxy site that can open every website ( but it has some problems , it cant play videos ) , its very usefull when your internet has some restrictions , like i have cyberoam in my hostel that restricte most of the important sites too like rapidshare , but using this site you can easily get acess to these website and get no restriction while downloading
NOTE-while opening you'll get a notification about the certificate and https , click on continue and the click on yes
